Chicago Hope

Serving as the mercy ministry of Armitage Church, this ministry targets the needs of the poor in the community with ministries that share the gospel while meeting felt needs. These ministries include a food pantry, after school tutoring, job placement, nursing home ministry, basketball league, English as a second langugage, ex-offender resource network, Cub Scouts, boy Scouts, men's Bible study, an eye clinic and medical referrals. chicago Hope also hosts on-site mission teams throughout the year for churches and groups who want to experience ministry to the urban poor.

Most of our ministries function out of our facility next to the church at 2505 N. Kedzie Boulevard.

Details about a certain ministry may change during the year. For updated information on any of the ministries, please call 773-395-4700.

"For You have been a defense for the helpless,a defense for the needy in his distress,a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat; for the breath of the ruthless is like a rain storm against a wall." (Isaiah 25:4) (NASB)
