Bringing Hope to Chicago

for Over 26 Years

For more than two decades, Chicago Hope has been dedicated to serving the Chicago community with compassion, dignity, and the love of Christ. Our mission began with a simple yet powerful vision: to empower lives through practical support and spiritual care—so that every person, no matter their background, could experience hope and transformation.

A Legacy of Compassion

Led by our dedicated coordinator, Maggie Jordan, the Chicago Hope Food Pantry serves hundreds of families every week. We use a client-choice model, allowing guests to select the items they need, offering not just groceries, but dignity and empowerment. We proudly serve six Chicago zip codes and welcome all individuals and families, including those already receiving government assistance.

Get Involved

  • PRAY

Your prayers for wisdom, guidance, and strength as we rebuild are invaluable. We pray that everyone who walks through our doors experiences the love and grace of Jesus Christ.

  • Volunteer

Our dedicated volunteers are the backbone of our efforts. Whether you can help with heavy lifting during deliveries, assist in organizing and distributing food, or work behind the scenes to build partnerships with local businesses, your time and talents are crucial to our mission.

  • Donate

Financial donations help us purchase critical items like fresh produce, milk, and eggs for the Food Pantry Program. Consider making a one-time gift or setting up a recurring donation to support our pantry. We also welcome food donations to supplement our offerings.
