COMMUNITY LIFE PASTOR

Pastor Crowe leads our church body in fostering community life beyond our Sunday gatherings. He oversees our Grow Group ministry and supports the relationship and shared mission with our Global Partners. When he’s not preaching God’s Word, leading a men’s grow group, or shepherding married couples, he is devoted to being a husband and father of five. He also enjoys shooting hoops and fishing.

SPIRITUAL FORMATION PASTOR

Pastor Laughlin teaches and preaches the Word of God with delight and curiosity. He also devotes his time to mentoring young leaders through our C.A.U.S.E. residency and internship program, and supporting our teams that serve children and youth. He strongly encourages reading and tea drinking - he loves a good chai. When he’s not teaching or studying the Scriptures, he’s out enjoying nature or spending time with his wife and four kids.

SPANISH-LANGUAGE PASTOR

A globe trotter, former Air Force pilot, and ardent man of God, Pastor Gómez Der Kevorkian leads our Spanish-speaking congregation in unpacking the Scriptures and living by the Word of God. He hails from Córdoba, Argentina, has lived in Italy and Greece, and is now making Chicago his home. He enjoys being active, especially playing fútbol (aka soccer), sipping mate, and spending time with family.
