LOVING OUR CHURCH Family,

REACHING OUR CITY

Community Living

Supporting and nurturing our church family and helping them grow as disciple-makers.

Our Community Living ministries foster a welcoming and encouraging environment where individuals and families can grow together in their faith. As a family of believers and disciples of Jesus, we come together to provide a space for our people to build relationships, deepen our understanding of God, and cultivate discipleship in every season and stage of life.

  • Our Children’s Ministry provides a safe, fun, and faith-filled environment where kids from early childhood through 6th grade can grow in God’s love. Through age-appropriate lessons, engaging activities like music, skits, and crafts, children learn about Jesus in ways that are exciting and meaningful. We’re here to help nurture their faith and build a strong foundation of God’s love from a young age.

  • Our Youth Ministry is designed for 7th through 12th graders to help them live like Christ while navigating the real-world challenges they face during adolescence. Every Wednesday and Friday evening, our dynamic teams guide our youth through meaningful discussions, activities, and experiences that connect God’s truth to their everyday experiences.

Throughout the year, we offer exciting camp opportunities and weekend excursions to help deepen their faith and build strong bonds. Our focus is on empowering youth to apply God’s Word in practical ways, growing in their walk with Christ, and supporting each other as we journey together.

  • The Young Adults Ministry is designed to help young adults navigate the transition into adulthood with Christ at the center. They meet at local coffee and tea shops and planned meals to study, connect, and grow in faith together.

Through acts of service, such as sharing chai with neighbors or offering water and treats to neighborhood dogs, they practice their faith and strive to be contributors to the Kingdom of God. This group is focused on living out their beliefs and making a positive impact in the world around them.

  • Our Men’s Ministry invites men of all ages, backgrounds, and life stages—whether single or married—to come together as brothers apprenticing Jesus. Through regular prayer gatherings, outings, events, and annual camp trips, we focus on strengthening community so that men can connect, grow, and challenge each other to apprentice Christ well. This ministry is about supporting each other in living out our faith, learning from one another, and embracing the call to lead with purpose and integrity in every area of life.

  • Our Women’s Ministry is dedicated to building one another up in faith, prayer, and the pursuit of reflecting Jesus in every area of life. We understand the unique challenges women face and create spaces where women can connect, share stories, and support each other through life’s journey. Through regular gatherings, testimony-sharing, and special events like our annual Women’s Retreat, we encourage each woman to grow in her faith, embrace her identity in Christ, and build meaningful, lasting relationships with other women who are striving to do the same.

  • The Couples Ministry is dedicated to helping couples build a strong, fulfilling, and transformative relationship, whether they are dating, engaged, or married. This ministry provides practical support, including pastoral pre-marital counseling, to help couples lay a solid foundation for a lifelong marriage. Beyond that, couples are equipped to grow together in faith, navigate challenges, and live out the Great Commission. With the support of a community of couples, they are encouraged to strengthen their relationships and make a lasting impact in God’s Kingdom.

  • The Closet is a ministry dedicated to caring for one another by sharing gently used clothing within our church family. It’s a space where members can donate items they no longer need and others can shop for free, ensuring garments find a second life with someone who can use them. More than just clothing, The Closet reflects our commitment to generosity, stewardship, and taking care of each other in practical ways.

Missional Engagement

Reaching those beyond our walls in Jesus’ name.

“Loving Our Neighbors” is how we put missional engagement into action. It’s our way of reaching beyond the church walls to serve others, build relationships, and reflect Christ’s love in tangible ways.

  • Chicago Hope Food Pantry has been serving our community for over 26 years, providing food and hope to anyone in need. As our primary outreach, the pantry allows us to be the hands and feet of Jesus, ensuring that no one in our neighborhood goes hungry.

  • Supporting missions and communities abroad with love and resources, our global trips allow us to serve alongside our international partners in the countries where they are actively making an impact. Each year, we send a team to support and encourage their work, building connections and sharing the love of Christ across borders.
